What is this tiny white thing?

Noticed the thing today, and thought that's where an old leaf fell off - I think. Forgot the name of the plant lol. It sort to looks like a bug? Or is it mold? How to get of it? Plant sits on a sunny windowsill, occasional watering.

looks like a mealy bug !! use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to remove him. i would thoroughly check every leaf looking for any teeny microscopic ones and then check every other plant you own !! mealy bugs suck
