What are these? Should I be worried?

Hi, i just got back from vacation and saw my gerbera flower infested with these bugs 😭 i keep the plant on the balcony. I don't know if they are bad or not, but I really don't want to lose the plant, it was a birthday gift from my nephew 🥺 Any ideas what can i do to save it?
