Plant is flopping over

I have this plant, I am not sure what type it is. I came back from a weekend trip and it was completely flopped over onto the ground. I am assuming this means I am not watering it enough? Anyone know what type of plant this is and how much water it should get?

It appears as though you have a support pole already ? It may need to be tied onto the pole a bit better
It would probably benefit from a larger pot as well
