My albo is only giving out white leaves

I bought this beautiful monstera albo cutting and it’s been rooting beautifully. The original leaf is the one that is bigger and has green on it. It just opened up a new leaf that is all practically white. Is there anything I can do to encourage it to grow something more green? I’m really worried that since it’s so white, that as it grows it won’t be able to sustain itself. Currently in an indoor greenhouse with a humidifier. With grow lights that are on about 8 hours a day. Growing it in a plastic container with just perlite. And I’m watering it every time it runs the water dry.
