It’s seen better days :(

It seems thirsty. Mine are very dramatic like this when they are thirsty. Unfortunately those types of pots are not good for plants who tend to be thirsty because they are meant to dry quickly. I’d probably change it to a plastic pot or a more normal ceramic one maybe. Or you can attempt to water more as well without the re pot.
