how do i help my little guy?

he’s suddenly really crispy at the end and dropped all his blossoms. i really want to save it </3 i water it by soaking the plant in a water filled dish and then placing it back into its normal cup. some of the roots are also a bit crispy but it’s been showing new life in the root area so i thought it was doing better.
