How do I change the pot when the roots look like this?

I bought this clearance Baltic blue pathos 3 days ago, he’s doing great! I was about to report and saw these roots, despite having a ton of plants, I have no idea what I’m doing but they’re growing out of the bottom. Do I just have to cut them? 👀
